Building Community Resilience in Vulnerable Populations Webinar (Nov. 29, 2016)

Missouri Transect researcher on the Community Team, Jeff Hargrove, is an Extension Technician at Lincoln University. On November 29, 2016, he gave a webinar presentation to all Transect participants on his work in communities in Jefferson City and the Bootheel to increase community resilience to climate change.
