Full time, two year term position (with possibility of extension) for a Diversity, Education, and Outreach Specialist with the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR). Initial consideration will be given to applications received prior to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 5th, 2015. Thereafter, applications will be reviewed on an as-needed basis.

MU will install a dual-polarization Doppler radar as part of the five-year Missouri Transect project, which is funded by a $20 million grant from the National Science Foundation. The new radar will improve the precision of weather forecasts for mid-Missouri residents.
