Tuesday, October 18, 12:30-2 pm Eastern Time

Dear Makers and Maker Educators:

STELAR is pleased to host NSF Program Officer Bob Russell as he presents a webinar on National Science Foundation funding for research, development, and small business proposals for Maker-focused projects. We invite you to join us for National Science Foundation Funding for Maker Education and SBIR/STTR Projects on Tuesday, October 18, from 12:30 to 2 pm Eastern Time.

During this webinar brief overviews will be presented for specific programs, including Advancing Informal STEM Learning (AISL), Discovery Research PreK-12 (DR PreK-12), Innovative Technology Experiences for Teachers and Students (ITEST), Dear Colleague Letter Catalyzing the Future of Making, Small Business Innovation Research/Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR), and other sources. A general overview of proposal submission requirements and procedures will also be provided.

We strongly encourage your participation. There will be opportunities to also ask the Program Officers questions and also receive tips on writing competitive NSF grant proposals. Questions may also be submitted in advance by email to stelar [at] edc [dot] org.
